Our Store Policies

We always aim to ensure that our customers are 100 % satisfied with their new collectables. In the unlikely event that you are less than   satisfied we will endeavour to rectify any issues without hesitation and to your complete satisfaction. All of our stock is brand new as supplied directly by the manufacturers. All packages are delivered by our expert couriers and are fully insured against damages. We accept returns for damaged or faulty goods within 28 days provided the item is returned in its original packaging as supplied.  Customers will be offered a replacement where stock levels permit or a full refund.

UK Mainland - orders under £100  P & P = £6

orders between £100 and £200 P & P = £5

orders over £200 P & P = Free of Charge

We offer a free personal delivery service within a 10 mile radius of Buxton. Simply Select Buxton free delivery at the check out.
